Congratulations to the Class of 2018

Proud families and friends joined the class of 2018 for two days of celebration, honoring their accomplishments over the last four years and celebrating the exciting challenges that lie ahead. Several HNHS alumnae joined in Baccalaureate Mass to pin the newest alumnae and proudly welcome them to the long list of accomplished, successful graduates from Holy Names High School.

Summer School

Holy Names is offering exciting courses this summer in our summer school program. Work on Algebra or Geometry in the morning and hone your writing in the late morning expository writing or research writing class. Come, participate and enjoy Volleyball, build a robot in Robotics class and get on stage in a Drama class during the afternoon electives. Sign up for summer school while space is still available. It will be fun, exciting and a great opportunity to expand your experiences! Evening of the Arts

Join us on Friday, May 4 at 6pm for a celebration of Holy Names' Visual & Performing Arts program! Each Senior art portfolio will be on display, with some prints available to take home. The orchestra and choir will perform in the historic auditorium after the gallery viewing.

Middle School Day

Thursday, April 26 from 4:30-6:30 pm
Fifth, sixth and seventh grade girls are invited to a special preview of high school life. Start the afternoon with an excerpt of the HNHS Spring musical, Godspell, in the historic auditorium. Learn to launch a rocket with the Holy Names Engineering students, join an interactive art demonstration, and play side by side with Monarch student-athletes! The evening will conclude with a chance to sample the HNHS cafeteria’s taco bar!

High School Fair: Wednesday, April 25

The East Bay High School Fair will be at Bishop O'Dowd on Wednesday, April 25 from 6-8pm. Holy Names High School will be hosting a table at the fair along with other area high schools. All middle school students are encouraged to attend and learn about the dynamic HNHS programs, visit with Admission representatives, and speak to Holy Names Student Ambassadors to find out what makes HNHS such a unique, vibrant campus.

Holy Names students, faculty, and alumnae joined today's nationwide protest against gun violence. At 10:00am, students walked out of class and convened on back campus to pay tribute to those who have lost their lives to senseless violence and to share their unyielding belief that change must come to our nation's gun culture. Homecoming 2018

Homecoming 2018 saw over 300 alumnae from eight decades visit the Holy Names campus. Today's Mass and luncheon paid tribute to honor classes from '48, '53, '58, '63, and the golden jubilee class of 1968. Holy Names Forever! (Click the headline for pictures)
