We will be happy to provide you with a copy of your most recent transcript. Please allow at least 48 hours for your request to be processed. The cost for each transcript requested is $5.00. Checks should be made out to Holy Names High School, with “transcript request” indicated in the memo area of your check. Please note that “official” transcripts must be mailed from Holy Names High School to the requesting institution; they cannot be hand delivered.
