Upcoming Opportunity from a Holy Names Alumna: Learning About Professions in Law Enforcement and Public Service
Holy Names Alumna, Tanzanika Carter '87, is currently the Assistant Sheriff in San Francisco and a huge supporter of Holy Names High School. She is passionate about living Noblesse Oblige by highlighting women's voices, and providing opportunities to women in Law Enforcement and Public Service. She has prepared two upcoming events/series, with both in-person and virtual options!
HNHS Students meet VP Kamala Harris
A select group of Holy Names High School students, including members from the Class of 2024 and participants in the Model United Nations program, had the extraordinary opportunity to greet Vice President Kamala Harris at the Sacramento airport as she landed on Thursday, 1/25. The students, accompanied by Principal Greene, Ms. Pope and Mr. Brunetti, enjoyed a unique opportunity to personally welcome Vice President Harris, the first female Vice President and highest-ranking female official in U.S. history.
