2018/19 Admissions & Registration

Current Applicants
Accepted applicants to the Class of 2022 will receive admissions information via email at 3:00 pm on March 16, 2018 Acceptance notifications will also be sent via US mail.  The information packet will include instructions for registration and the Contract of Financial Responsibility, reflecting any scholarships or tuition assistance.
Our School Admin Portal will open on Saturday, March 17, 2018 to accept enrollment registrations. The Oakland Diocesan Catholic high schools agreed to wait until Saturday to open the enrollment process. This will allow families the opportunity to review acceptance notifications from each school to which the student applied. Students who applied as a transfer to HNHS will receive their application information at the same time.
The registration fee is non-refundable and separate from the annual tuition.
Contact Petra Rocha, Admissions and Enrollment Manager, with any questions. (510) 450-1110 x117 or procha@hnhsoakland.org .
Continuing Students
Important Notice - School Admin Portal Opens on Friday, March 16, 2018.
Families will be able to access their 18-19 Contract of Financial Responsibility, inclusive of any scholarships or tuition assistance, on Friday, March 16, 2018 by logging into their School Admin accounts. The discounted registration fee of $850 is only available to families who pay on their March-scheduled payment date.
The financial aid package is included in this communication. It is important that deadlines are met in order to protect the allocation of financial support to the student. Families who are not timely in completing their financial contracts risk having their funds awarded to other students. We have limited resources and want to be sure every student has an opportunity to access support.
We are blessed to have extraordinary students who we are our leaders of tomorrow. Holy Names provide the experience that brings us to serve again at HNHS - We are Holy Names!
