Your contribution matters. Student outcomes that include a quality, well-rounded, college-preparatory education come first at Holy Names High School. We intertwine this with the pillars of faith, social justice, and commitment to self reflection. This is how your contributions are invested.
The Annual Report provides us with an opportunity to express gratitude to the incredible community of givers who support Holy Names High School. We are blessed and grateful for your investment. Your support ensures we can continue to welcome qualified students of all economic backgrounds.
In the 2016-17 financial report, you will see the extraordinary estate gift given by Frances Moan. Her multi-million dollar gift has provided the life line Holy Names High School needed to bridge the gap between the lean times to the renaissance we are experiencing now. Enrollment increased by 20% in 2017-18 and is on track for a significant growth in the class of 2022.
While the Moan gift is helping to launch classroom upgrades and campus improvements, our operational budget needs your contributions even more to support high achieving students with financial need in the notably expensive Bay Area climate. Our relationship with the Diocese of Oakland does not include funding, which makes our reliance on your contributions even more significant.
Thank you for making education a priority and joining us in our sacred calling to educate the next generation of women leaders.
