The central question that this course seeks to answer is:

      How do individual consumers, businesses, and the U.S. government make decisions about what to produce, how to produce, and for whom to produce in our nation and global society?

      Economic Honors will answer this question by examining choices made by individuals and corporations regarding individual markets, and will also examine how the government addresses major issues like unemployment, inflation, and recession.  This course will consist of short lectures, group work, and several projects, including the Senior Research project that will culminate in the Senior research paper.
