The Ninth Grade Retreat is one of the foundational community building experiences a student has coming into a Catholic High School. The retreat, “Companions-those who break bread together” is designed to enhance the 9th Graders’ understanding of community and spirituality. It is a one-day retreat that occurs during the school day. This retreat gives 9th Graders an opportunity to get to know one another, to begin to understand the school environment, and to introduce students to a deeper understanding of spirituality. All 9th Graders are required to attend this retreat experience.

Caritas Retreat
Caritas is a three-day, two-night retreat open to juniors and seniors. This retreat is a voluntary experience for those students who wish to deepen their faith in God and examine their relationships with others. Rooted in the definition of Caritas (Latin for “love” or “charity”), this retreat invites students to experience the love of God and challenges students to share that love with others. Students are invited to enter into the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the Liturgy of the Eucharist on this retreat. March 24-26, 2009
