Liturgy Liturgy is a time for the community of Holy Names to come together to pray. At times, we sponsor Prayer Services, where students and staff proclaim readings from Scripture, share reflection on the readings, sing and play instruments, and pray together. At times, we sponsor Eucharistic Liturgies (Catholic Mass) where we do all of the aforementioned things, and we share Eucharist together. These liturgies are presided over by a Catholic priest. OFFER YOUR GIFTS! There are many ways for students and staff to participate in liturgies, some of which include: Music Ministry (vocal and instrumental) Greeting Ministry Lectoring Ministry Liturgical and Praise Dance Students and staff who wish to offer their gifts in service during liturgy should come to Campus Ministry meetings on Wednesdays at lunch in Room 216! |
