| Physiology |
| Physiology applies the concepts of chemistry and biology to the study of the human body. We will begin the year learning about homeostasis, the ability of our bodies to maintain equilibrium despite changing environmental conditions, and return to this concept throughout the year. Physiology covers a large quantity of information, so students should stay current with material so that the course is manageable. |

| Course Expectations |
Course Wiki
Please note that the active class website is a "wiki" that is password protected. All physiology students must collaborate on the wiki by using the online discussion board, posting presentation notes, editing peer lab reports, etc. Students can access the wiki using their username and password (which will be provided at a later date). Homework is posted on the class wiki. If you are a parent and would like access, please email me at jbray@hnhsoakland.org. Do not forget to include your daughter's name in the email. |
