Designed to develop techniques for choral performance, this course develops a foundation in singing through beginning music theory, part-singing, and performance preparation. The course may be repeated and is designed to foster individual musical growth over a period of years. A major goal of the course is to develop the skills and the historical understanding to become capable and intelligent performers, creators and supporters of music. Two evening performances are required each year.
